  • Custom & Production Shearing – JL Metals has 8 shears with the ability to shear materials ranging from .024” up to .750” with a maximum shear length of 14’.

  • Custom & Production Forming – JL Metals offers forming capabilities on 6 brake presses with the ability to form products ranging from .024” up to 1.5” with a maximum bend length of 14’. 

  •  Laser processing – We offer precision laser processed materials at 80” x 240” master sheet capacity with a gauge range of .016” up to .750”. 

  • Complete Fabrication capabilities with certified CWB welders. We have the abilities to; punch, bevel, saw cut, drill, and weld on a large production scale.
